At R7world, any attempts to compromise or compromise network devices, including port scanning, IP range scanners, and vulnerability scanning, are strictly prohibited. Similarly, denial of service (DOS) attacks directed at R7world or launched from our servers are strictly forbidden. Hosting illegal software, source code, or materials, such as hacking tutorials, viruses, and copyrighted content, is also prohibited. Any infringement or suspected infringement will be thoroughly investigated and may result in immediate service termination. This includes hosting defamatory or private information without consent, as well as any attempts to undermine server integrity. Excessive resource usage that impacts other sites may require account upgrades and disrespectful behavior towards R7world staff may result in account removal without refund. While we strive for 99.95% uptime, we cannot guarantee it due to necessary maintenance activities.
R7world strictly prohibits the use of our service for transmitting unsolicited commercial or bulk email (SPAM). Violation of this policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of a suspected violation, we will conduct a thorough investigation and may restrict access to our network to prevent further violations. If a violation is confirmed, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the offending hosting account at our sole discretion. Additionally, we may pursue civil remedies for associated investigation costs and notify law enforcement authorities if the violation is deemed criminal. Hosting websites or services that support spammers or cause our IP space to be listed in Spam Databases will result in immediate account suspension. Accounts will only be reinstated upon removal of offending material. Violations may result in warnings, immediate account termination, or permanent removal from our network without notice. We have a zero-tolerance policy for posting messages or ads violating newsgroup or mailing list rules. Additionally, hosting publicly accessible "open relay" SMTP or anonymous remailer services is strictly prohibited.
If a customer's account surpasses the allocated bandwidth limit, R7world may assess additional fees, disable the account until more bandwidth is obtained, or suspend the account until the next billing cycle when extra bandwidth is allocated. Unused bandwidth cannot be carried over to the next month.
Any attempts to undermine or inflict harm on a server or customer of R7world are strictly prohibited.
All domain registrations are subject to availability and the terms and conditions set by the domain registrar. Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. R7world will not be held responsible for any domain registration issues arising from incorrect or outdated information provided by the client. Clients must renew their domain names before the expiration date to avoid service interruption. R7world will send renewal reminders 30 days and 15 days before the renewal date. Failure to renew a domain before the renewal date will result in a fee of ₹1500 for reactivation within the next 25 days. If the domain is not renewed within this period, it will be automatically transferred to an auction list. Once transferred to the auction list, R7world cannot guarantee the availability of the domain for purchase.
Domains can be transferred to other providers if the domain is registered with R7world, unlocked, and the transfer is initiated 15 days before the expiry date. Additionally, the provided domain contact information must be accurate. The client will receive the EPP code upon request, enabling them to initiate the transfer process with the new provider. The EPP code is shared through the email address specified during domain registration. Once a domain is transferred to R7world, it will be placed in a 60-day lock period, during which it cannot be transferred to any other provider. Transferred domains are not eligible for refunds.
Our Privacy Policy, accessible at R7world, is a component of this Agreement. R7world holds the right to update and modify the Privacy Policy periodically, with the latest version always available on our website.
R7world reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
R7World aims to provide 99.9% uptime for its services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
Scheduled maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours whenever possible. Clients will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance.
In the event of emergency maintenance, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients as soon as possible, but notification may not always be possible.
All customers must maintain valid payment information on file. Payments are due on the anniversary date of your service, and services will be renewed until explicitly canceled. In the event of late payments, R7world reserves the right to suspend your service and charge late fees. We are not responsible for any damages or losses due to service interruption for non-payment.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data. R7World is not liable for any data loss or corruption.
We implement security measures to protect client data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients are responsible for securing their own passwords and other authentication mechanisms.
Our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal data, is available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our privacy policy.
To cancel your services, you must submit a cancellation request through our support portal at least 30 days before your service's renewal date. Refunds are not provided for any services unless explicitly stated otherwise in our service-specific refund policy. Setup fees, domain registration fees, and other non-recurring charges are non-refundable.
At R7World, we strive to provide the best hosting services to our clients. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 14-day refund policy on any hosting plans.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if R7world has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gorakhpur.
